With over 200 acres of beautiful woodland encompassing waterside walks, 7 quality fishing lakes and a 40-acre Clearwater water sports lake, this is the perfect place for fishing, walking, cycling or just doing nothing!
Fully refurbished over the winter, or home has been equipped with everything that you need for a wonderful stay.
Set in the beautiful 7 Lakes Country Park, this is your space to unwind, relax and re-group.
From the moment that you get to site, we want you to feel that you are looked after.
Your holiday starts with a professional meet and greet. You will be met at reception and taken home, where you will be shown around and explained how everything works.
Our information pack will give you lots of information about the site and activities in the area, but if you have any questions or need anything during your stay, you can contact us using Whatsapp duration of your stay. If, for any reason you need it, the site also has 24-hour security.
For those that don’t drive, 7 Lakes is walking distance to Crowle railway station – which is also on the route to Scunthorpe, the wonderful Cleethorpes Beach and Historic Lincoln.
You have a view of the lake through the front windows, but we are not on the lakeside – we prefer to be slightly away from the lake itself as there are fewer pesky mosquitoes and it is a little more peaceful. We are also only a 5-minute walk from the restaurant, bar, launderette, ice-cream parlour and main reception.
The holiday home is centrally heated and double glazed. A gas fire makes the living room really cosy on those chillier nights (or if you come for a winter break in November, December or even New Year’s Eve!)
The front door opens up onto the front decking, where chairs and a barbeque are waiting for you. Don’t forget to bring some charcoal!
There are two bedrooms; one room with a comfortable double bed and one room with twin single beds. There is a sprung, fold away double bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have more than ample storage space.
The main bathroom has a good sized, fully enclosed shower, sink & toilet and connects to the master double bedroom. There is also a separate toilet accessible from the hallway.
Towels and bedding can be booked in advance or you can bring your own.
Our kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster etc. A starter pack of Tea, Coffee and Sugar will be waiting for you, so you can make a cuppa on your arrival..
The living room has DAB radio, TV, BlueRay player and Wi-Fi. If you can manage to prize the phones away from your youngsters, we also have a selection of books and board games for children (and grown-ups).
Your home has its own decking and patio, including patio furniture so that you can open the front door, sit on the decking and enjoy your breakfast in the early morning sunshine, watching the wildlife on the lake.
Note that there are steps up to the front and rear doors, so 7 Lakes Breaks may not be suitable for elderly guests or guests that have low mobility.
Note that the maximum vehicle height is 2.03m due to a height restriction at the entrance barrier
The minimum rental is for 3 nights up to a maximum of 14 nights.
We require a security bond which will be refunded as soon as our home has been inspected and cleaned following your stay (subject to there being no damages or excess cleaning required).
Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels or use our bedding and towel pack and have everything made up before your stay. The bedding and towel pack costs £50.
If new linen is required during your stay, there will be an additional charge.
